Great article Doc!
Yes the old 8x57 is a classic calibre with plenty of punch.
I've never seen those new "basic" projectiles from Brenneke.
They look like a cross between the TIG's & a conventional soft point projectile, can you tell us a bit more about them please?
They have that stepped edge like the TIG's also, Brenneke's old design really stamps out a clean hole in anything it hits leaving a good blood trail!
