Let me qualify my statement re recoil.

The 3 I have shot were custom guns made on M98 Actions
and all made light. Combine this with 2 out of the 3 owners
using 286gn bullets as a minimum and at top velocities and
you see why I think the recoil is similar.

In addition, the 2 people also use 320gn Bullets and these
give a much bigger shove !!!
