I'm now curious if this is a no kidding "Holland & Holland" that has been butchered, or if it is some gun from the trade that has been tellingly branded "Hollend & Hollend".....?
History reveals plenty of guns and rifles that were marked with names "similar" to noted British makes in order to fool the less discerning.
