Voere K14 and K15

Has anyone ever owned one of these rifles and what did you think of it good or bad ? they come up for sale occasionally ,George Kleinguether of Texas did a special 3 point bedding on them and sold them as Kleinguenther K15 guaranteed to shoot 1/2 inches groups with specific ammo ,many years ago.
The Rosseler Titan is similar to the K15, but has all the European cost cutting ,alloy action ,polymer trigger guard ,which they seem to be obsessed with now replacing everything with plastic crap.
