I neglected to mention that I was using 173 grain factory ammunition (Federal) as well. This is a bushbuck I took with it as well:



He was on an island in the little river in the background and is still wet from being retrieved. A real target of opportunity I just happened upon on a stroll down the river bank. It pays to have a rifle light weight enough that carrying it becomes more or less second nature.
