Here's what I can tell from the marks.

The 8,15x46R has post-1912 style load marks that give no indication of the powder or charge. The "Bl.G 11 gr" mark stands for 'Blei Geschoss 11 grams', or an 11 gram (170 grain) plain lead bullet. the "7,7 m/m 46" indicates the bore (not groove) diameter before rifling and the case length. I'm not sure what the "09" might be without seeing it.

The cape gun has pre-1912 load marks indicating 2 grams of Gewehr Blättchen Pulver (Military flake powder) and a Stahl-mantel Geschoss (steel jacketed bullet), no bullet weight specified, as usual. The 7,7 mark is as above. The German military flake powder was sorta like 3031, but there's really no direct modern substitute.

Regulating these things can drive you batty...
