That's quite a mould. Mid 1850/60's military fashion in design.
The ratchet design appears only on the nose, however. Also interesting is the mould's main body appears to have angled grease grooves like a thread, but starting up from the base's straight section.
A well filled out casting from that mould would likely be closer to .744/5".
