Partridge cheap!

Watching the TV show "Alex Polizzi: Chef for hire" and it was said partidge for the restaurant trade in the UK was very cheap to buy, GBP3, I think for a bird! Obviously sold from game shot birds. So different here in Australia where pheasant and partridge are very expensive.

A good reason why we should have legal shooting of bred birds released for shoots! Plus the sport of course.
