I had an SSG69. I loved it. It might have been the most accurate production rifle I ever owned. I loved the Butterknife bolt handle and set trigger. The detachable rotary mags were a problem. They are plastic and by 2015 they werent available.

I always cussed because I failed to buy any of the 10 round mags (the last one of those I saw was going for $300). As time passed I worried more and more about a failed mag and then a useless/unsellable rifle, so I sold my worries. I miss the gun but not the worries.
