The 9.3x62 was known worldwide as the "9.3 mm Mauser". Due to it's popularity it was offered by Kynoch too. The 9.3x57 was popular in Scandinavia only. It was unknown in Germany and elsewhere until second hand Husquarna and other rifles so chambered were imported from Sweden in the 1970s. 9.3x57 ammo and rifles were made for export only in Germany pre-WW2. Germans favored the 9x57 instead. The 9.5x57 is a Mannlicher - Schoenauer development. Contrary to popular belief, it is not merely a necked up 9 or 9.3x57, but sort of an "improved" version instead, with a larger and steeper shoulder.
