Both made in Italy so I´m not so sure.... by the way; it´s correct spelling is Tikka with double K which means Woodpecker bird. And Tikka comes from Tikkakoski which is small village in middle Finland.
As far as I know the Valmet's and Valmet barrels were made in Finland.
Some of the Tikka stuff in Finland as well. Other in Italy.
The "Finnclassic" was made pretty much in Italy, by Beretta maybe. I believe Beretta owns Tikka and Sako .
