Whaling Gun model 1928 Jarmann, Complete Set, 10,15 mm Jarmann
In Norway infantry rifles type Jarmann have been elaborately altered for whaling to harpoon and line throwing devices. 50 cm heavy rifled barrel with original calibre, shortened stock, sturdy buttplate of lead (to reduce recoil by the weight of the gun) covered with rubber, in the sturdy original wooden box with plenty of accessories: various harpoons, line drum of brass holding a rope and an originally packed spare rope, signal buoy for line throwing to a vessel, cleaning kit, etc. This unique and rare gun has never been offered on the market in such completeness.
