I put the weights on the seller and he fessed up...its been re barrelled but he does not know what it was before ?????

So team this is the next question, I actually don't want a 7MM WBY what I want to do is convert it to 358 Norman magnum because it does have to correct bolt face and the action is SAKO

So am I within my rights to say "you have incorrectly advertised this SAKO as excellent". Its not in excellent condition....its been rebarrelled and as such has its providence...therefore I am only prepared to offer such and such

Your views please?
