I know nothing of the Nikko Stirling - but am familiar with the rimfire Tasco and other very cheap rimfire scopes.

Perhaps in Spain the Tascos are worth more than here but the Nikko is likely of higher quality than the Tasco. A 50mm scope might be out of place on a rimfire, however I did very well with a customized Ruger 10-22 and a 6-18X40 Simmons ProHunter.
