I would guess that the shotgun barrel slides forward and a shell loaded through the rectangle on the left side fore grip.

I don't know how barrel selection is made for firing but in photo five of 15 you can see a quarter moon sliver of metal that ends in a flat at the bottom behind the striker group that I would think is part of the fire control.
