Well i have to say i would love to hunt(being a sambar hunter in Australia) for or at least a chance for one of the real big sambar that are in India,i have seen recent pics and boy some of them are big,all this bearing in mind i think the record is 50 inches and something close to that would do.Of course a tiger has to be top on most lists as well.But India`s version of the red deer is also a great trophy head to hunt for and i have to have one of these too.A big Chital and a long hog deer to round it up.
