What is needed is to elevate a sizable proportion of Aboriginal communities into a middle class. This socialis engineering where everyone is equal is a idiotic fantasy. And when I talk about a "middle class" I am not talking about a few receiving handouts (oops salaries) from gov'ts and Aboriginal organisations. I am talking about real jobs, real small businesses.

How to get there is anyone's guess, I have no idea, except to provide better education to those who are smart enough to use it. Scolarships etc to gifted individuals is a start.

Some improvements are quite simple. Shooting a lot of dogs in a desert community temporarily fixed a lot of health issues which lead to blindness, stomach disorders etc and ultimately life expectancy. ie some basic hygiene issues.

Temporary because the administrator who brought the programme in was removed after howls (pun intended) of protest.
