I don't think the rimless cartridges will work.
The en bloc clip really doesn't have a lot of tension in the
center, and there is a definite "track" for the rims.

One thing you need to do, is make sure the bolt face side
of the cartridge rim has a heavy rounded bevel, or the cartridges will
not feed at all. On the second round out, it will jam solid every time.
