I don't know anything about that Beretta frame. Like all shotgun frames, it would be re-hardened and at the very least you would want bushed strikers for safety reasons. Can't predict durability, but resale is easy to predict - Not High! Sorry to say it, but there it is. But if you think the project will be fun and do not care if you lose money on it, charge ahead and let us know how it goes.
