Yep always harder to get a really good sweeper bull int he 100 neighbourhood or more. The crescent shaped ones are easier to find higher scoring.
In your neighbourhood when I hunted there I noticed there are less crescent shaped bulls than at the coast. At the coast more crescents, inland more sweepers. Just my impressions.
I do like the sweeper bulls a lot. I think they are a better trophy shape. Good to have one or several of each on the wall though.
BTW when I first hunted with Matt Graham at Gan Gan and put up some photos, I commented that such and such a bull was an immature one. He PMed me and told me off, that it was a good bull! The problem with really big ones, they jade one for the good representative bulls. ALL of your beasts above are standouts to some of those station country bulls though. Unless one is lucky and finds the right one. The pleasure is in the hunt though, not the inches on the wall ...
