Safety catch bolts do come up for sale from time to time. I think i have seen 3 or so in the last 6 months on the usual sites. Some where a little expensive though.

I have seen most of the bits to build up a Magazine Lee Metford 2 non safety bolt come up on that auction site in the last year and those are far less common.

Keep looking and you will find one.
