My ZG47 started life as a 7X64, but as I already have a 7X64, I had it rebored to 8X64, a quite powerful medium sized cartridge. I quite agree that in its present configuration it is an insult to the quality of the action. The action deserves much better.

Is this the one on egun, which recently sold for 189.00 Euros? If so, you got a terrific bargain, especially when you consider that it was equipped with a Kahles Helia 6S1 scope, which has recently sold in this country for as much as $229.
