Parker Hale Hussar , BRNO ZG47 action

Recently I could come by one of the very few Parker Hale Hussar rifles made on the base of the BRNO ZG47 action.
The overall quality did not reach the Czech Originals.Very shiny finish, overpolished.
The open sight of poor quality.
The action however was at the same standard than the original.
The sloppy rolling the makers markings deteriorates otherwise.
The .243 Win not just a perfect round for the standard length action.
The magazine length and the rails remained unaltered.
So a candidate for butchering and using the action alone as a basis for a new project ?
