For me, that is the joy in making something work. I tend to lose interest & get bored with a gun, once the puzzle is solved or the gun shoots well. Then, It's time to sell it if something else looks interesting.
There are a few that I've kept just because they proved to be special - the .375/06IMP is one such rifle.
