Brennon, blueprints should not be necessary. If you have the skill to do all the rest of the work than the take-down part will not be all that tricky. Most of the latter WR take down rifles just use the normal 12 TPI thread and the locking lever requires a bit of design and machining but is not that difficult. From that point of view the WR system is particularly good and looks the best of all the different styles, it looks very period. I would have the threads plated, electroless Teflon Nickel is a good choice. It will add some thickness sou you will have to sneak up the thread cutting. If the tip of the pin has a light taper and the hole in the plate has a matching taper than the barrel will always be in the same position when locked. Just some food for thought.
