Plan to spend a few dollars building one. Nothing is standard manufacture and is special order.

Lothar walther can make and chamber a pre-threaded barrel.
Woodleigh make 250 grain projectiles.
Any standard length Mauser 98 should do.
Bertram make brass if you can find some.
Any custom U.S. die maker can make dies.
Forming dies are also available if you cut down and reshape .30-06 brass.

Designed for soft skinned 'medium' game in India and Africa.
Made its reputation due to good sectional density (penetration) for a conventional projectile before premiums were invented. RN penetrated with less deflection post impact than later spitzer designs.

A fast twist .338-06 does a similar job with heavy projjies.
