Here's one method of scope attachment for a Martini Cadet.
The rear hole is over the chamber, front hole on the rear sight band of the CZ527 barrel.The band has a blank, drilled and tapped for a 10/32 screw. A Williams (Marlin, I think) scope base with proper hole spacing was used(or we drilled a new hole - can't remember.
