I have been viewing others on-line doing this for some time now but not attempted it myself. As you would expect with us Humans, there are some of us that can re-think a situation and come up with alternatives to the original methods! So has been the case with this procedure! This has resulted in a Once only Coating and Baking method, as opposed to some others required Two separate Coatings and Baking sessions!!!
FYI, here is what has to be the simplest method that I have seen, to coat and then fuse Powder Coating powder, onto cast bullets! Please excuse our good mate on this video (Harold), as he does cover a number of issues and this takes time but this is all useful information. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irF984ukYsI Personally, I'll be using some small Tupperware type containers to do my coating, as I already use this method (but different containers) for HBN coating jacketed bullets!

Further to this method, rather than just place all the bullets rolling around on a mesh tray, I want to use either sheet metal with perforated holes and or woven mesh etc (with appropriate size holes to suit bullets being coated), of a size to fit in my oven. I want to sit the bullets individually into these holes or mesh, for an improved coating and finish (I hope?).
