OK, His figures are for how much water a solid case would displace not for how much water the case would hold. So the number is good for comparing cases but maybe not much else. Sorry about that. He does go on to say that a bullet in that case displaces 27.93 grs of water per inch of seating depth. Perhaps that is useful.
