To me it looks like a Weaver K2.5 or K 3. My K3 is inscribed "WEAVER / K3-1 USA" exactly where your's is covered by the rear mount ring. My K2.5 is very faint inscribed, hardly visible, on the left side, below the elevation adjustment turret "WEAVER / K2.5-C3 / USA."
