Roscoe,

The only markings on the original barrel beside the British proof marks read "400 EX. CORDITE 60---400 MAX." Right behind the fore end lug is the figure "24". No other marks, no maker's marks, nothing. 25" barrel with one standing and two folding rear sights. The second folding sight is missing. Sling loop on the barrel.
