He always enjoys a wine when he is cooking and normally talks a bit about what wine should accompany the particular dish. In one clip he forgets to try the wine and once he realises that he has almost finished cooking, he pounces on the bottle and guzzles some down with this look on his face that says 'Phew, that was a close one".
