G'day,This style of Skinner I have made over the years I call my Darwin skinner because a few years ago I sold a few to some pro. Hunters up there.
It is 9½ " long x 1/8th".The handle is just a bit longer than usual, for bigger hands and easier when the knife is being used slicing upwards.
I tried to have enough sweep for Skinning but enough point to be able to break around the knee shoulder etc.
Blade Stainless steel ATS34 pro. heat treated to 59 Rockwell--flat grind with convex edge at about 11° Razor sharp [will shave the print off Newspaper].
Handle Ringed Gidgee [2 soaks in oil then about 12 or more rubs with Gun Butt Oil over a period of days]Sheath, double hand stitched with half knot every stitch. My Mosaic pins.

$360 and free Express Post and Hand.in Au.

Thanks for looking
Clive.
