Charisa is good country , quite easy sand county. Gokwe is communal land. I would not hunt Buff there and you will see little else in the way of game as with most communal lands would have been poached out.
Chewore is lovely hunting country but the buff are getting hit hard by hunters and Lion, but no harder than most Zim areas.
Dande is good. Also has been hunted hard a few years ago BUT it has a stronger populating of Buffalo in general, thus it can absorb the off take better.
