Full length inserts in 22 Hornet which could be regulated would be easy - someone in Oz makes them by custom order for about $US600 each. You could then put a non intrusive claw mount on a good quality shotgun and have a light double, shotgun combination.

Inserts I've used in my drilling can be very accurate - 22LR at 1" at 50 yards with a 6x scope.
