actually you will probably have better success with the 06. The short mag cases are just that - short - this is why they don't offer heavy bullets in them. the bullet will stick into the case so far to operate through the action that it will destroy the extra powder capacity the mag. offers. also remember that to get their velocity they operate at 65000 PSI, not 50000.
