Botswana with its diamonds and a generally honest environment is prosperous. Not everyone is in diamonds or the civil service, or has any compunction to do so. Seems shocking to me with all the natural resources Africa has, how poor they are in the world...quite obvious there is very poor management and corruption going on in a very large scale..


Hey, maybe to fix this we could transfer Barry Obama back over there and he can re-distribute the wealth ???
