Woodleigh for example publishes recommended velocity ranges for its projectiles. None of which come close to the .460 Wby.
I imagine Hornady would have similar design expectations if not lesser as their bullets definitely do not have the same high reputation as Woodleigh.
I believe if you push a Lott at 2400 fps it too is at the top if not slightly exceeding the recommended velocity range. However it is terminal velocity which is important - ie at impact.
Those bullets do look interesting.
