I think you might be getting yourself in trouble, financially.... But, I would look for an action that comes in .338 Lapua, and base my wildcat on that case. The .338 Lapua is a reinforced (thicker web) .416 Rigby case. The Rem 700 Action is a pushfeed type and, like your 110 grain bullets, commonly not completely sanctioned by PH's for dangerous game.... If you do not intend to go after DG and like the 700 action, you might check out HS precision actions. There are other Rem 700 knock offs that can accomodate the larger base cartriges too.
