I (and others) are waiting for the photos...
I think I have a close relative of your Sarasqueta, same description and caliber.Two years ago I translated Pondoro Taylor book "African rifles and cartridges" to Spanish. Just a few weeks after getting my hard earned money, I found the Sarasqueta in a gun shop. I considered it a signal from God, as I had always wanted a spanish double and I love the 375.
Mine is 97745. It is marked V1 under the barrels, corresponding to 1977. Sarasqueta (Victor, not to be confused with other Sarasquetas) is perhaps the most classic of the spanish rifle makers. And maybe the only classic spanish maker of doubles in African calibers. He made even a very few .577 NE doubles. In the 40s and 50s he made .475 nº2 in the same style as our doubles, which were used for hunting in the forests of the Spanish Equatorial Guinea. In the same years he made many doubles in different smaller calibers, mainly 8x57, very useful in our driven hunts, but you can also find them in .303 British and in obsolete calibers.
