Casper,

Seems like yours has been messed with sometime in the past. To answer your question, yes, they can be remedied - but it takes a person well versed in Martini intricacies to do it right. a 2-pound trigger should be possible. However, if ones doesn't know what one is doing, it is pretty easy to mess it up - like getting the sear angle wrong.
