Three firearms per person - does this include multiple barrels? Calibres? etc

Does it have to be only a shotgun?

If not I would look for a drilling with twin 12 gauge barrels and a medium calibre rifle underneath for deer, boar etc. 7x65R, 7x57R, .30-06, .308, 8x60S, 8x57R etc would all be good choices.
