The CZ 550 Magnum safety has been reversed (made right). It now now forward to fire. At least on those currently imported to the USA.

It has to be a bitch for someone with both old and new guns!

As Rolf says, a bolt mounted (Winchester M70 style) safety is available after market. I got one from AHR (American Hunting Rifles).
