tazwe..most likely the scope sidemount,bolt handle rework,and the safety were done by the same person and i dont think it was rigby,,or at least im sure that it didnt come out of rigbys that way ,looks like they did bring the bolt in closer and shaved some of the shoulder down,, all in all its a good looking user /collectable hunting rifle ,,pics of mine are posted here somewhere...paul
