The cessna 182 on the other hand is a sky truck.

I was always very happy to fly a 172, but now after spending time in the 182 there is no going back. With a tailwind we were doing 200 kts over the ground last time out, which made the 172 seem, - slow!

Then I flew in a Robin ( low wing/stick) off of grass when I was in Cornwall, and the apprehension from different controls was quickly erased by the intuitive feeling of flying.

Flying, like hunting, is terribly addictive. Once you start, you can't, and don't want to stop.
