CZ-USA is trying to get the factory to smooth these things up a bit, but most all that I have seen are pretty stiff and may have a high spot in the rear part of the receiver.

You can send it off to a smith to loosen/polish it up or do it yourself. I dinked around with the last one like that until I got the rough spots out and cycled the bolt a few hundred times with Flitz smeared all over the bolt. It helped but still binds a little if I try to make it bind. Needs a bit more work.

No, this is a common problem.
