Very Strange.

Alex Henry never had a Patent No. 702.
I've checked all the known Henry patents (inc provisional patents) and none seem to describe this rifle. There's no mention of it in Winfer's Alex Henry book either.
It could be a patent use number for Henry Rifling which was Patent No. 2802 of 1861.
