Maybe just a good cleaning.
For some reason, guns such as this one and my .333 Jeffery and my C&H typeA really appeal to me.
I just like a well worn and well cared for rifle as evidenced by the high bore condition. Just feel and look like guns that have earned their keep and were "go to guns" for all kinds of duty.
Anyway, the next guy can refinish it if he wants.
