Hi Mckinney, that's an "Old English" Pachmayr pad. Thanks for the offer of the Nosler Partions, but I think I also have some. One of the guys I hunt with loads Combined Technology ballistic silvertips in his .243. I'd think that wouldn't be enough bullet, but he knows his rifle and can place his shots.
