I disagree, this is not the remains of a Parker-Hale "Sportarget" sight. It is certainly a Lyman Nr. 1 sight, same as the one on my similar Gibbs-Mannlicher. BTW the Lyman 1A had a small additional locking lever, the Nr. 1 did not.
